Our calculator provides highly accurate estimates based on current NY cargo van rates and real-time distance calculations. The estimates include:
- Base rate: $19.50 (Car) or $21.50 (Cargo Van)
- Distance cost: $1.25/mile (Car) or $1.45/mile (Cargo Van)
- Fuel surcharge: $0.35/mile
- Weight charge: $0.10/lb (1-20 lbs) or $0.20/lb (over 20 lbs)
Final charges may vary slightly based on actual route conditions and any additional services required.
No, you can use our delivery calculator without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to:
- Save frequently used addresses
- Access your quote history
- Schedule deliveries directly from calculated quotes
- Receive special member pricing
Pricing & Rates
Our base rate includes:
- Vehicle dispatch and driver time
- Basic insurance coverage up to $100
- Standard packaging materials (if needed)
- 30 minutes of loading/unloading time
- Customer service and tracking support
Additional services like inside delivery, weekend service, or special handling incur extra charges.
We use a tiered weight pricing structure:
Weight Charges
- 1-20 lbs: $0.10 per lb
- Over 20 lbs: $0.20 per lb
- Maximum weight: 1,500 lbs per vehicle
Weight is calculated based on the actual or dimensional weight, whichever is greater. For multiple packages, the total weight is used for calculation.
We offer three delivery speed options:
Delivery Time Options
- Normal (2-4 hours): No extra charge
- Rush (1-2 hours): +$25.00
- Super Rush (<1 hour): +$50.00
Time estimates begin when the driver is dispatched and may vary based on traffic conditions.
Service Options
The main differences are:
Vehicle Comparison
- Car Service: Base: $19.50 | Rate: $1.25/mile
- Cargo Van: Base: $21.50 | Rate: $1.45/mile
Car Service is ideal for smaller packages, documents, and envelopes with maximum dimensions of 3' x 2' x 2'.
Cargo Van Service can handle larger items up to 8' x 5' x 4' and is better for furniture, equipment, or multiple packages.
We offer various additional services:

- After 4:30 PM delivery: +$10.00
- After 7:00 PM delivery: +$15.00
- Residential delivery: +$5.00
- Weekend delivery: +$25.00
- Holiday delivery: +$25.00
- Inside delivery: +$12.00
- Cargo pickup/dropoff: +$25.00 each
Toll costs are calculated based on the actual route taken and include:
- Actual toll amounts for bridges, tunnels, and highways
- A $2.50 service fee for toll processing
Tolls are only charged when the most efficient route includes toll roads that cannot be reasonably avoided. You can see the estimated toll cost in the calculator before confirming your delivery.
Coverage & Limitations
We primarily serve the New York and Pennsylvania regions with our calculator reflecting NY cargo van rates. Our service areas include:
- New York: NYC metro area, Long Island, Westchester, and surrounding regions
- Pennsylvania: Philadelphia metro area, surrounding counties
- Regional: Select areas in NJ, CT, and DE
For deliveries outside our primary service area, please contact us for a custom quote.
Yes, we cannot transport the following prohibited items:
- Illegal substances or drugs
- Firearms, ammunition, or explosives
- Hazardous materials or chemicals
- Perishable goods requiring refrigeration (without special arrangement)
- Live animals (without special arrangement)
- Human remains or bodily fluids
- Stolen goods or counterfeit items
- Cash or monetary instruments
We reserve the right to inspect any package and refuse service for prohibited items.
Our standard liability coverage includes:
- Basic coverage up to $100 per shipment
- Additional declared value coverage available for purchase
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
We recommend purchasing additional insurance for high-value items. Certain items like jewelry, artwork, or electronics may have limited coverage under our standard policy.
